About Appointments

Appointments are not required for general consultations, including vaccines. On the day of your visit, you will be examined in the order in which you arrive. However, you can be admitted earlier if you fill in your name and other necessary information on “Myjunban” online before the consultation begins. Please contact our staff for details.

Surgery, scaling, and echocardiography require prior consultation and appointment.

Points to note when visiting the clinic

If you have an animal insurance card, vaccine certificate, etc., please bring them with you when you visit the hospital. If you are transferring to another hospital, please also bring any past examination data or medications you are taking.

To prevent accidents, please keep your pet in a carrier or on a leash when visiting the hospital and in the waiting room. If you do not have a carrier or leash, please feel free to ask us to lend you one.
